Soil Retention provides erosion control systems designed for channels, embankments, and riverine landscapes exposed to high-velocity flows and scour. Enviroflex® is a vertically interlocking articulating concrete block system engineered to resist overturning and displacement without relying on cables or rigid linings. The tapered block geometry and overlapping connection maintain a continuous armor layer with zero protrusion, supporting predictable hydraulic performance and long-term stability. Openings within the system allow infiltration, sediment capture, and vegetative establishment, promoting biofiltration and a more naturalized channel condition while protecting subgrades. Compared to riprap, gabions, or cast-in-place linings, Enviroflex® requires less excavation, accommodates ground movement, and simplifies installation in constrained or remote sites.
